If a district has existing transportation facilities, A&E Transport may rent them, or the district may use the facilities for other needs.
However, when no transportation facilities exist, A&E Transport will rent or purchase one located near your district.
If a district owns buses, then A&E Transport will purchase your fleet for a price arrived at by independent appraisers. A district may specify the maximum and average age of buses, as well as the standards by which those buses comply.
